This Lab Number is special only for you. It is the way
that they keep a watch on your sample.
Next time you come to see us for a test, ask for a "BOO
CLUB" card to stick your Lab Number on. Then send in your
card to enter the Boo Club Monthly Prize

And every time you visit the pathology laboratory you get a new
number so you can enter each time you visit!
